Who are the Bellwether trips for?

Do you love when you have a moment for yourself? When all the questions come to you? When for a split second you remember everything you want or need to do? Yes, that's me when my brain is just there for me ....

As I was driving home enjoying my alone-time recently, I realized there were still many questions that relate in big part to Bellwether trip settings and demographics of the targeted groups. I also noticed that even my friends, who know the business side of my endeavor, still wonder how to talk about Bellwether trips and initiatives with their friends, trying to warm them up to the idea of going away with me...

Let me make it a little easier for you, shall we?

The beginning:

There were moments in my life when each day felt exactly the same. I felt overwhelmed, tired, somehow disillusioned with an everyday routine. Like most of us, majority of times, I succumbed to dealing with dinner, laundry, kids' homework and activities... If lucky, in the late hours, I could finish an episode of something on Netflix (and half of the time I could not remember the end of it the next morning, as I almost always fell asleep in the process...)

My social circle has always been secured. My girlfriends have always been there for me, but even with them, it felt like we only find time to get together having a specific occasion to celebrate, a reason to dress up, leave the house, and take yet another photo to document the next outing in the books.

I wanted something more than that, I missed a girlfriend who would have a chance to sense my bad mood and ask questions, who would come unannounced catching me feeling low, moody, with greasy hair, folding laundry or ugly crying not knowing why.

We all wait for a connection to find us, but then, in the midst of the everyday craziness , it does not happen.

Sounds familiar?

Sorry to bring it up to you, but expecting to find BFFs as an adult is much more difficult in a modern world.

We tend to spend a long time alone, scrolling though the noisy, fast moving and brightly lit screens.

We only spend sporadic time with friends and more time with acquaintances.

We have tons of the ones mentioned last here- people we meet through work, kids' activities or gym classes. We hold on to few BFFs that we keep close and see on special occasions. More and more often we replace deeper conversations with a small talk, quick texts and emojis. Things stay status quo, and as our time passes, we wonder how to expand the group …

I thought; "what if I created a space for a new group, "our village" ?"- people we feel interconnected with, people who are more to us than just acquaintances... These people become easier to get closer to, to connect with, and get inspired by.

That is where Bellwether trips and gateways come to life!

If you feel tired, and disillusioned at times, if you have moments you feel lonely, too busy fulfilling other peoples' needs, or when you seek meaningful connection with others; people who can lift you up, get you inspired, with whom you want to share your passions and experiences with, these trips are for you!

If you feel ready to jump into something new and exciting, when you want to experience a judgement free space with an opportunity to rest, relax, take care of your own wellbeing, if you seek becoming more comfortable and confident with yourself, the Bellwether trips are for you!

Last, but not least , modestly speaking, if you want to meet me and others, these trips are for you! :)

Take action and book your trip. You need to take the first step, believe me; things just won't miraculously appear in front of you ... Let yourself rest and enjoy it, and please, make this happen without feeling guilty!

Let the changes come and make room for a new person you have plans for...

This time, let this person be YOU.

We still have a few openings for the trip to the Berkshires in October.. The house that we rented is big and price per person is based on double occupancy arrangements.

We will enjoy each other company, engage in a wide variety of activities, rest, explore the area together and grow in a process.

Don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions!

More info regarding October Berkshires gateway here.

Looking forward to a new adventure with you!

Love,

Aggie
