Itinerary of the trip 

Friday-10/20/2023

• 5:00pm -Arrival at the Playhouse 

• Meet and Greet

• 6:30pm Wine Tasting with Nejaime's Wine Cellar on estate premises, small appetizers will be served. 

• 8:30pm on - free time 

Saturday-10/21/22​

• 8:00 am - Yoga class with Josh from Gandiva Yoga (IG Gandivayogact) 

• Breakfast prepared and served by chef Daniel Mahoney ( IG- CDMprivatechef)

• Free time -basically anything you consider relaxation (multiple hiking trails as well as Laurel Lake right there- free to rent more kayaks, canoes, water bikes, etc.), sightseeing of the area, Josh available for meditation during the day. 

• Lunch- family style- Dave Mahoney private chef

• 12-5pm- again, free time to walk, hike, read, nap, chat with new friends, and do whatever your heart desires

• Another option available during free time - Massages by Johana Wise and Samninang Geller (IG wise_body_healing). They will be available to visit the house with their associates for extra cost ($150/hr if interested)

• 6pm- cooking class with Sylvia Becker

•  (IG she_cooks_she_travels)- private chef known from Food Network- CHOPPED, also a forager and gardener).   Class will be followed by a plated dinner and dessert served in a dining room (appetizers to be served during our   class)- I will ask for any food restrictions as we get closer to the event and have a secured group of participants. 

• After dinner - Candlelit sound bath session with Josh

• Free time 

Sunday, 10/22/23​

• 8:00-9:00am Breakfast (cooking together to bond with the group)

• 9:00-11:00am- free time 

• 11:00am- checkout -possibility of hikes/museum trip (many museums to choose from in the area)/winery outing/ lunch together - all before it's time for us to leave and come back to reality:) ​

This trip is designed for approx.10-15 people, ladies signing up are charged $299 at the time of a sign up.

Full payment has to be submitted by August 1st.

The amount is fully refundable if cancelled by August 10th, 2023.

August 10th-Sept 20th- 50% refund will be issued.

After Sept.20th no refunds will be accepted.

Additional group of interested women can be put on a waiting list with fully refundable fee of $99.

The amount will be refunded by October 1st if their spot never opens.

Pricing is based on double occupancy and dependent on sleeping arrangement setup.

Bellwether has the right to change the services and providers depending on circumstances beyond my control.
